Clinch-On manufactures its 1-1/4″ standard flange 135º open angle square corner bead with proprietary electro galvanized coated steel and a deep knurling (embossing) to give you a superior joint compound adhesion and maximum protection for a professionally finished drywall corner. Our nose design requires less joint compound. Our 1-1/4″ flange provides you with liberal installation space for nailing, stapling, screwing or clinching our corner bead to drywall. Our proprietary electro-galvanized steel coating gives our corner bead a dark (dull) appearance and superior adhesion qualities compared to shiny hot dipped galvanized steel. Our 1-1/4″ 135º square corner bead is designed for 135º outside corners.
